In reality, it can arise from many forms of loss — relationships, health, identity, major life changes, and mental health challenges. This event aims to open that conversation, helping more people feel seen, supported, and understood.



The National Grief Advice Service provides essential support to individuals, children, and families navigating these deeply personal journeys. Through this event, we aim to raise both awareness and vital funding for their work.
