Celebrate the festive season at Jingle & Joy, a magical winter market and music festival set in the historic gardens of Grantham House. This is more than a market — it’s a community-driven event to raise funds for three vital local charities, with live music, festive food, and wonderful handmade gifts.
💛 ABOUT THE CHARITIES
🕊 National Grief Advice Service (NGAS)
Provides bereavement support and helps individuals access emotional and practical guidance following a loss.
🌟 Shine Lincolnshire
A mental health and wellbeing charity offering support, signposting, and community outreach across Lincolnshire.
🎵 SoundLINCS
Creates inclusive music-making experiences for people of all ages, helping to build confidence, skills, and community through music.
🏛 VENUE: GRANTHAM HOUSE – NATIONAL TRUST
Hosted in the grounds of Grantham House (a beautiful Georgian property managed by the National Trust), this event will offer a charming and atmospheric backdrop to celebrate the Christmas spirit. By participating, you’re also supporting the National Trust’s ongoing preservation of heritage, nature, and culture.
🛍️ STALL TYPES WELCOME
We are inviting applications from traders offering:
- 🎨 Crafts & Gifts – ceramics, jewellery, homewares, handmade goods
- 🍰 Bakes & Treats – cakes, pies, biscuits, vegan treats
- 🎄 Festive Decor – wreaths, stockings, ornaments, garlands
- 🍭 Sweet Treats & Preserves – fudge, chutneys, jams, toffee, local produce
- 🎁 Art & Prints – seasonal cards, prints, photography, handmade stationery
Hot food vendors and alcohol stalls must contact the organisers directly.
📐 TRADE SPACE DETAILS
- Pitch Size: 3m x 3m outdoor space
- Pitch Fee: £30.00 (non-refundable; goes directly to charity)
- Electricity: Not provided – please bring battery lighting if needed
- You Must Bring: Your own gazebo, tables, chairs, and suitable stall weights
- Surface: Grass or paved courtyard – suitable for winter weather
📅 EVENT TIMINGS
- Set-Up: From 9:00 AM
✅ All traders must be fully set up no later than 10:00 AM - Trading Time: 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM
🚫 Traders must not begin packing down before 4:00 PM
This is to ensure the safety and enjoyment of visitors throughout the entire event.
